- 2 breasts Chicken breast Boneless skinless
- 1 cup Heavy cream For the Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese Freshly grated
- 1 tbsp Garlic Minced
- 1 tbsp Olive oil For sautéing chicken
- 1 tsp Salt To taste
- 1 tsp Pepper To taste
- 1 pkg Fettuccine pasta Or preferred pasta
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown on both sides.
In a pot, boil pasta according to package instructions.
