Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Cottage cheese low-fat Choose full-fat for a creamier texture
  • 1 cup Blueberries Fresh or frozen
  • 2 pieces Eggs Large beaten
  • 1/4 cup Honey or maple syrup Optional for sweetness
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup Almond milk Or any milk of choice
  • A pinch Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with non-stick spray or butter.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and then add cottage cheese, almond milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
  • Stir in the rolled oats and sweetener (honey/maple syrup, optional).
  • Gently fold in the blueberries, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
