  • 3 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1 cup apples peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon optional
  • Chopped nuts optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix: In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
  • Combine: Add mashed bananas, eggs, and vanilla; mix well.
  • Sift: In another bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
