  • 1 Baking Sheet Line with parchment paper or silicone mat
  • 1 Mixing Bowl For combining ingredients
  • 1 Oven Preheated to 375°F (190°C)
  • 1 Spoon/Small Scoop For shaping the sausage balls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Sausage mild or spicy Fresh or frozen, thawed
  • 1 can Rotel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies Drained
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese Cheddar or Mexican blend
  • 1 cup Bisquick or alternative Adjust for texture

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together sausage, Rotel, cream cheese, shredded cheese, and Bisquick until fully combined.
  • Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll into 1-inch balls.
  • Place the sausage balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • If you prefer a spicier version, use hot sausage or add extra chili powder.
  • Can be frozen before baking for up to 3 months. To bake from frozen, increase cooking time by 5 minutes.
  • For a gluten-free version, use a gluten-free baking mix instead of Bisquick.
