1 Oven Preheated to 375°F (190°C)
1 Spoon/Small Scoop For shaping the sausage balls
- 1 lb Sausage mild or spicy Fresh or frozen, thawed
- 1 can Rotel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies Drained
- 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened
- 2 cups Shredded Cheese Cheddar or Mexican blend
- 1 cup Bisquick or alternative Adjust for texture
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, mix together sausage, Rotel, cream cheese, shredded cheese, and Bisquick until fully combined.
Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll into 1-inch balls.
Place the sausage balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked.
