Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Potatoes Russet Yukon Gold, or red potatoes
  • 1 packet Lipton onion soup mix Classic onion flavor
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil Helps with crispiness
  • ½ tsp Black pepper Optional for extra seasoning

Instructions
 

  • reheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). If using an air fryer, preheat to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prepare the potatoes by washing and cutting them into bite-sized chunks.
  • In a large mixing bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, Lipton onion soup mix, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  • Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Roast in the oven for 35-45 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
  • Air Fryer Method: Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy as a side dish with your favorite meals.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, soak cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before roasting.
  • Feel free to add extra seasonings like garlic powder, paprika, or dried herbs.
